Washing & Finishing

Post-wash handling refers to the finishing processes applied after denim laundering to refine the final appearance, texture, and performance of jeans. These steps improve garment stability, and ensure consistent color, shape, and overall quality before delivery.

Quality Control & Inspection
Quality control is a rigorous piece-by-piece inspection process. Each garment is evaluated against the approved prototype to verify wash effects, measurements, construction, stitching, and finishing details, ensuring consistent quality and accurate reproduction before shipment.
Ironing & Seam Pressing
While ironing is to remove all the unwanted wrinkles, seam pressing is a final finishing process where heat, steam, and pressure are applied to flatten and set the side seams of finished jeans. It improves garment shape, reduces seam bulk, enhances wearing comfort, and ensures a smooth, retail-ready appearance from the first wear.
