Yoocir‘s Story
Yoocir began long before we owned a factory.
Gen started with a small market stall, helping brands source and develop denim products. Working between customers and factories, he spent every day searching for the right fabrics, coordinating production and making sure each order met expectations.
But over time, one problem kept repeating itself.
The approved sample looked right, yet the bulk production was different. Washes changed, fabrics were substituted and quality became inconsistent. Customers didn’t see the suppliers behind the scenes—they only saw the final pair of jeans.
That experience changed the way Gen thought about manufacturing. He realized that if brands wanted consistency, someone had to take responsibility for the entire process.
That belief became Yoocir.
